Kindergarten Kekec / Arhitektura Jure Kotnik Kindergarten Kekec is an extension of a typical Slovene prefab kindergarten from the 1980s. Situated in one of Ljubljana’s residential areas, Kekec answers the growing demand for kindergartens. This comes as a result of Ljubljana having witnessed considerable population growth as well as legislative changes and a planned increase in building density inside the highway ring surrounding the city (read more…)
New School District / ccd studio The project is an organism created for the project financing between the local municipality and the Consorzio Karabak Sette. These two subjects are joined to in the union aim, providing of new spaces for the public facilities that were represented by two building: the Center School District and the Offices for the Municipal police and administration (read more…)
Kindergarten In Ternitz / AllesWirdGut Architektur A low-rise building of 30 × 40 meters with a central inner courtyard. A gallery around the courtyard provides access to all rooms and is so oversized that it is not only a corridor but also a communal playing area for all kindergarten groups – right-hand driving also goes for Bobby Cars! Picard Nursery / BP Architectures On this very little plot it was impossible to challenge the two high level neighbours which have respectively 6 en 9 floors because a nursery can hardly have more than 2 floors. And feeting to the neigbours would have underlined the disproportion of the statures (read more…)
Le Petite Prince Nursery School / AR+TE Architects The project is built in an area surrounded by public facilities in a residential suburban character near Paris. The proposed extension is built while maintaining the wooded character of the bottom plot.
